Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cheng An Herbal. To protect your rights and ensure the safety and quality of our products, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully:


Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in brand new condition:

    Unopened, unused, undamaged, free from moisture or odors, and with complete original packaging (including outer box, seal, gifts, and receipt). The product must remain in a condition suitable for resale.

  2. For products such as Chinese herbs and herbal meal kits:

    Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened or unsealed.

  3. Returns will not be accepted for personal reasons, such as:

    Taste preference, lack of desired effect, or accidental duplicate orders. Please choose your products carefully.


Exchange Policy

If you receive products that meet any of the following conditions, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will assist with a replacement:

  • The product received does not match your order
  • The product is defective or damaged (e.g., broken packaging or visible spoilage)
  • The product was damaged during delivery (please retain outer packaging for insurance purposes)

Note: Exchanges are only available for the same product. Product substitutions are not accepted.


How to Request

Please contact us at chenganshop@gmail.com or send us a message via our official Facebook page. Provide the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Your name and contact information
  3. Description of the issue and relevant photos (e.g., defect, incorrect item)

Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days to assist you with next steps.


Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges that are not requested in advance or submitted past the deadline will not be accepted.
  • Please return items using the original packaging. Improper repackaging may result in product damage and affect your eligibility for return.
  • If the return is not due to product defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • This policy is in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act. Cheng An Herbal reserves the right of final interpretation and review.
