4. Shipping & Delivery

1. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Shipping is currently available in Taiwan (including select outer islands). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
3. In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or peak seasons, shipping delays may occur. Notifications will be posted accordingly.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day appreciation period from the date of delivery (not a trial period).
2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
3. Due to hygiene and food safety concerns, products such as tea bags, Chinese herbs, and herbal meal kits are non-returnable once opened.
4. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
