Golden Cordyceps, Codonopsis, Astragalus, American Ginseng, Licorice Root, Black Dates, Red Dates, Goji Berries

Suggested Cooking Method:

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Slice red dates for better infusion.
  2. Best cooked with chicken, pork ribs, or king oyster mushrooms for added flavor and balance.
  3. Place herbs and desired ingredients into a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5–2 hours.
  4. Electric cookers or pressure cookers may also be used.
  5. Season lightly with salt or cooking wine to taste.
